To make 6 muffins (about 360 g) you need the following ingredients, not included in the package:
2 chicken eggs, 150 g skimmed cottage cheese, 50 g cooking oil.
All the ingredients are mixed for about 3 minutes and the dough is placed in a mold of muffins, then baked at 180 ° C (air circulation oven) approx. 25-30 minutes.
Adding ingredients such as p.ex. Fruit, nuts, hazelnuts, almonds or shredded coconut can create 6 individual muffins.
