To make a deliciously satisfying drink, add 2 levels scoops (61 grams) of Wellbetx mix to 350ml-500ml of water and stir briskly, or mix in a blender. For higher calories and a creamier texture, use skims milk instead of water.
Drink immediately after mixing, as it thickens quickly.
When first taking WellbetX begin with a scoop (28.5g) in 175ml-350m of water and gradually to 2 scoops (57g) as directed above.
