During an intense workout, the body uses more energy than it produces, causing lactic acid to build up. The consequence of hard training is that the body does not have time to dispose of the lactic acid that builds up in the muscles, causing a deterioration in performance. Supplementing with Beta-Alanine optimizes carnosine levels and reduces the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles during training, thus allowing more intense workouts and faster recoveries.
It is recommended to take 3 grams of product (1 scoop) per day, to be diluted in about 100ml of water.
Every 4-6 hours for a total of 3-4 grams per day.
Or 3-4gr 30/60 minutes before sporting activity.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
