A pre-workout booster is a drink you have before you work-out, to increase endurance. Your body will only be able to process what you’ve achieved during your training if you can give all of your power into it.
WOMENS BEST PRE-WORKOUT BOOSTER 300g
Mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 300-400 ml (10-12 oz) of cold water (adjust water for taste preference) and shake well. Consume 20-30 minutes before your workout.
For extreme pre-workout energy mix 2 scoops (20 g) with 600-800 ml (20-24 oz) of cold water. Start with ≤ 1 scoop (≤100 mg caffeine) to assess tolerance and then gradually increase serving size.
Intense Workout Level: Mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 300-400 ml (10-12 oz) of cold water in a shaker. Adjust water for taste preference.
Extreme Workout Level: Mix 2 scoops (20 g) with 600-800 ml (20-24 oz) of cold water in a shaker. Adjust water for taste preference.
