- •Half a cup of pistachios
- •A cup of white sesame
- •One scoop of Laperva Iso Triple Zero Protein
- •Half a kilo of ground dates
- •Two spoons of (honey / black seed)
- •6 tablespoons coconut oil
- •4 tablespoons flax seeds
