You must take and keep your Package transaction bill.
The duration of the follow-up is counted by the number of package months not the number of visits.
The Packages include selected products from custom brands only (Laperva - Optitect - Wowtein - BodyBuilder)
The amount of the membership package paid is non-refundable in case the company or its employees do not breach.
The customer has the right to freeze his account only two times in his single membership package (Minimum period of freeze is one month - Maximum period of freeze is 9 months)
Dr. Nutrition has the right to change the quantities of included products in the membership package for selected products.
A maximum of 3 boxes of proteins are allowed in each package from those brands (Laperva, Optitect, Body Builder & Wowtein )
There is a limit per package to the following products: Laperva CLA Keto Cut Max. 5 pieces only, and Laperva Ten Pack Program Max. 3 pieces only in one package.
Dr. Nutrition has the right to change the selected products that are allowed to go out in the membership package
The voucher is a gift with the membership package and it is used to purchase selected products from the following brands only (Bodybuilder, Wowtein, Laperva, Optitect) and cannot be replaced by cash or credit and cannot be applied with discounts and special offers.
All protein supplements are not allowed in the vouchers even from the custom brands which is mentioned above.
Each Membership includes a range of features such as follow-up months and products, if the product price is allowed to go out in the membership till 335, not including the vat will be counted as 1 point except Laperva Triple Mass 13.2lb.
If the product price is allowed to go out in the membership from 336 to 499, not including the vat will be counted as 2 points.
The Maximum price for a product that is taken in the membership package is 500 AED.
The voucher is valid to apply for a maximum of 6 months in any of Dr. Nutrition's branches, You cannot ask for applying the voucher after 6 months, the customer must have the message of the voucher as well as the price of the product in the voucher is the original price, not the discounted price.
Each voucher for 100 AED, can only be applied once, it’s not possible to divide it many times and it’s not allowed to return or exchange the products in the vouchers after using it.
Product replacement is available within the package if the product transaction bill is available and the product expiry is valid for at least 6 months.
