What is the most suitable way to breathe during exercise? in India

Proper breathing during exercise plays a vital role in supplying oxygen to the body and expelling carbon dioxide.

Here are some guidelines on how to breathe properly during exercise:

Natural Breathing:

  - Breathe naturally and avoid overemphasis or exaggeration in breathing.

  - Try to breathe air comfortably and regularly.

Coordinate Breathing with Movement:

   - Coordinate your breathing with body movements during exercises. For example, in strength exercises, breathe during exertion

(when lifting weights) and inhale during the return to the starting position.

Deep Breathing:

   - Work on deep breathing, involving inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth.

   - Try to use your lung capacity fully to enhance oxygen flow.

Breathing with Load:

  - In heavy exercises, exhale during the descent (negative part of the movement) and inhale during the ascent (positive part of the

movement).

Aerial Breathing:

   - Aim for aerial breathing, meaning that exhalation is stronger than inhalation, especially during intense exercises.

Abdominal Breathing:

   - Try to breathe using the abdomen rather than the chest. This promotes better airflow.

Continuous Breathing:

- Maintain continuous breathing even during rest periods between exercises.

- Proper breathing contributes to improving exercise performance and providing the necessary energy to the body.
