Egmont Manuka Honey UMF
The Egmont Manuka Honey Story Began In 2008 In South Taranaki, New Zealand When James Annabell Bought His Father Toby A Beehive For Christmas. Fast Forward To Today, Toby And James Continue To Manage Egmont Honey, Supported By A Team Of Beekeepers, Farmers And Honey Producers. Together They Look After 4,000 Hives Which Are Scattered Throughout The Taranaki Countryside – All In Sight Of The Egmont Mountain, After Which The Business Was Named. Delivering the highest quality, sustainably produced and of course great tasting, Manuka Honey is at the heart of everything the team do. From hive to home, we are able to pin every jar back to its original source and all honey is independently tested and certified for its levels of Methylglyoxal (MGO) and other unique properties – ensuring purity and quality with every jar. The level of MGO determines the grade and potency of the Manuka Honey.
