For Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule up to three (3) times daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
